What Fruits can you eat during Keto? Find out

If you like to add fruits to your meal while you are on a keto diet, choose fruits having least amount of carbs as most fruits are known to have high carbs. If you are not eating the right fruits, it will make yourself go out from ketosis. Here are some suggestions of fruits to eat on a keto diet:

  • Avocados: Avocados are low-carb fruit that is rich in nutrients like fiber and potassium. Avocados are low in calories and a whole avocado contains just 2 gm of carbs making them an ideal snack in between meals.
  • Tomato: Tomatoes contain about 3 grams of net carbs per 100 grams. Tomatoes are good sources of Vitamin A, C, K. Tomatoes are also keto-cooperative as they are very low in calories as well as in sugar.
  • Raspberries: Half cup of raspberries contains 1.5 g of net carbs and is also rich in vitamins C and K.
  • Kiwi: Half a kiwi fruit containing 5 grams of carbs and can be included on a ketogenic diet.

Most fruits are rich in carbs and high in sugar, when they are used in the right quantities, you can add it to your diet.
